Co-Production and Time DollarsT make it possible for organizations, groups, and agencies engaged in welfare and social services to build on the strengths of those they serve in new ways. Through the application of the four core principles of Co-Production, the traditional recipients of services- the elderly, at-risk youth, etc., can become co-producers of outcomes.
