Zeenab Fowlk
Deputy Director, Time Dollar Youth Court

Zeenab Fowlk has more than 15 years of public service and capacity building experience, including 8 years of managerial experience in the areas of Youth Development, Children and Family services, Education, and Employment in both rural and urban areas. Her efforts include the focus on strategic operational planning, enrollment initiatives, marketing organizational services and products, program monitor, oversight and evaluation. Her direct responsibilities include the coordination of the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Program and Intake, the Saturday Respondent Program, and the Intake Unit.

Zeenab is a native Oregonian. She earned her B.S. in Political Science at the University of Oregon and was a forerunner on her college campus and in the community. She was involved in developing and implementing new projects that empowered a diverse population.

Zeenab lives in Baltimore, Maryland and commutes to D.C. Her ongoing pursuit includes plans to create, promote and reinvest in the revitalization and recovery of families and the development of communities. She hopes to continue her education, earning a Masters in Public Administration.
