Kenneth Toles
Intake Support Specialist

Kenneth Toles is a native Washingtonian. He began working with the Time Dollar Youth Court in 2001 as a computer specialist repairing computers for the youth who “purchased” a refurbished computer in exchange for their 50 Time Dollars earned performing their community service as a juror. He now works in the Intake Unit located in the D.C. Superior Courthouse Building B conducting intake interviews with the youth who are coming into the program. Kenneth also conducts mid-sentence and exit interviews with youth at their homes. In the Saturday Respondent Program held at University of the District of Columbia, he is the pre and post hearing officer and Advocate Judge. Kenneth received his G.E.D from Job Corps and plans to attend UDC to continue his education.
