Carolyn Dallas
Executive Director, Time Dollar Youth Court

Carolyn Dallas has more than fifteen years experience in non-profit administration and management in the areas of services to children and families, Senior Services, Community Development and Relations, and Education and Employment. In her position as Executive Director of the Time Dollar Youth Court, her talents include: program development and implementation, problem solving, fiscal management, budgeting, fundraising, and community relations.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois, and a Masters of Arts Degree in Social Justice from the University of Illinois, Springfield, Illinois.

She is a passionate advocate for the rights of children and low and moderate-income families to have a level playing field.
